It was with great excitement the Limerick dragons Launched their second boat back onto the water on Thursday 6th June 2024 @ 7pm. The weather was just beautiful and this added to the lovely feeling of achievement. Louise ordered a beautiful cake, it was delicious. Lots of lovely goodies were supplied by different members. We were spoiled.
One of the nicest things about launching was that we were joined by Garda John O’Sullivan & Garda Aoife Bannon. We would not have been in a position to re-launch had it not been for the practical help, support & guidance on repairs and water safety without the amazing help from the Limerick Guards as party of their Community Initiative.
