A Little History About Our Walking Group
Limerick Dragons Walking Group started in the winter of 2016 meeting Mondays and Wednesday starting at Chez le Fab cafe, Arthurs Quay. A way of keeping fit over the winter months.
Limerick Dragons Nordic Walking Group began a short time later meeting Wednesday's 3:00pm at Shannon Rowing Club. (This was a 6 week course) and it wasn't long and we started a second Nordic Walking Group in Mungret in the Spring of 2017.
